The terms below apply to all use of the website www.greenonionssupply.com and all affiliated and subsidiary websites and retailers, as well as contact with Green Onions Supply representatives. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms of service; if you do not agree to these terms of service, please don't utilize or enter www.greenonionssupply.com.
Green Onions Supply reserves the right to add to, remove, or modify the terms of service and content of the site in any way it sees fit at any time without prior warning, notice, or outside discretion. Product Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Green Onions Supply warrants that our products will be free of defects in materials or workmanship upon purchase.
Note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by normal use, wear and tear, accidents, acts of nature, damage or loss during shipping or transport, misuse, or abuse.
Except as expressly stated here, Green Onions Supply disclaims all warranties, express or implied. This includes without limitation and not limited to, warranty of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose or non-infringement. Green Onions Supply also makes no warranty or representation about the results obtained from using Green Onion Supply's products, websites, videos, or services. Green Onions Supply does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information found using our products, websites, videos, or services. Green Onions Supply disclaims any issues with transactions entered in through its website's purchasing services, and does not guarantee or warrant that our services and products will meet any specific user's requirements, nor that they will be continuous, on time, secured, available in all localities, or free of error. This disclaimer applies to liabilities or injuries caused by lost or stolen data, damage or destruction caused by viruses or use of the site, delays in communication, or any other cause of action.
In every jurisdiction which allows limitations of liability, Green Onions Supply will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, that is in any way related to or caused by use of this site or its content, goods, or services, even if Green Onions Supply has been advised of the possibility of damages.^back to top^
Returns and Exchange
Defect replacement policy
(note: applies to products purchased from Green Onions Supply or third-party retailers)
Green Onions Supply does not cover returns for third party retailers; users must deal with the return policies of the retailer they purchased the products from. If you purchased from Green Onions Supply directly, please see the policy listed in the next section.
If a Green Onions Supply item purchased from a retailer is found to be defective, Green Onions can normally provide assistance with exchange and replacement to customers within the continental United States. Please contact Green Onions Supply's support team at email@example.com in order to initiate the process.
In order to qualify for an exchange, when instructed, users may be required to send some or all of the following:
1) The original product in its packaging with all included content (the customer will have to handle the shipping costs in this instance). 2) Pictures clearly depicting the product issues (normally via email). 3) Proof of purchase (normally via email). 4) A valid shipping address where the replacement should be sent (via email). Addresses outside the continental United States may be disqualified.
Failure to provide these items upon request may lead to disqualification of the customer for a replacement. Also, note that if the customer is asked to send back an item, Green Onions Supply will not be held responsible for its loss during shipping.
After the item is received, it will be tested by Green Onions Supply technicians. If they find that the item was defective in basic materials or workmanship, a replacement will be sent to the provided address. Green Onions Supply takes no responsibility for the loss of replacement products during shipping.^back to top^

Customers who purchase directly from Green Onions Supply via our website, www.greenonionssupply.com, also have the option of returning the product via this return policy.
Returns and refunds are only valid for the first 30 days after date of purchase. Please contact Green Onions Supply's support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) for confirmation and an RMA number before sending the product back. Returned items that were not authorized in advance will not be honored as eligible for refunds or replacements.
Products must be returned in original packaging with all of their contents included in order to qualify for a refund. Products that do not include all packaged contents may be deducted a restocking fee above the standard 20%, and severe damage or modification of the product that is not disclosed to Green Onions Supply may lead to refund requests being rejected entirely upon reception.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping any returns back to Green Onions, and no refund will be provided for the initial shipping charged to the customer. Green Onions is not responsible for packages lost during shipping.
The customer will be refunded the cost of the items and tax only, and up to 20% of that amount may be deducted from the refund in order to cover any restocking fees that Green Onions Supply deems are required.^back to top^

Green Onions Supply can support custom order screen protectors on a case-by-case basis. Please submit order or quote requests with the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Order quantity (minimum order quantity for custom orders is 50 pieces).
- Size of the protector, with accuracy down to the hundredths of an inch or tenths of a millimeter.
- Blueprints or images exactly to scale are recommended for more complicated screens, along with radii of any curves or corners.
- Note 1: sizing is generally drafted at 1 mm less in width and height than the dimensions of the screen that we are provided, which is what our technicians do after measuring a screen. If you need a different sized gap around the protector and the screen surface, please let us know.
- Note 2: Also, note that these protectors are designed for entirely flat surfaces, and let us know of any gaps, hopes, seams, or curves that the screen possesses. Failure to do so may create issues with the final product.
- Screen's touch technology and special requirements or requests.
- Your desired finish (e.g., matte, glossy).
We can provide basic packaging, but OEM packaging or unbranded packaging may require additional costs.
If your order is approved, you should receive a price quote and confirmation of the packaging type and included items you may need.
In most cases, we arrange for a test sample to be sent to the customer for final verification before beginning full-scale cutting. Once it's verified, your order will be processed and shipped from our warehouse in California.^back to top^
